Nothing happens at the airport? Make sure Location access is set to “Always” and open the app once before your trip so it can prepare your flight packages.
Can I try it without flying? Yes — open Flight Log and use the “Sample flights” section to generate an example flight film.
Does it work offline? Yes. Packages download before takeoff; tracking and the film work without internet.
