Hooder hesabini ve hesaba bagli tum verileri silebilirsiniz.

Nasil talep edilir

destek@realvirtuality.app adresine, hesabinizla iliskili e-posta veya telefon numarasi ile yazin. Talepler 30 gun icinde islenir; genellikle 72 saat icinde tamamlanir.

Silinen veriler

• Hesap kimligi, kullanici adi, e-posta ve telefon numarasi
• Oyun ilerlemesi: bakiye, sahip olunan mulkler, doviz pozisyonlari
• Firma ve ulke uyelikleri, katki kayitlari
• Bildirim (push) anahtarlari ve cihaz tanimlayicilari
• Konum verisi (yalnizca harita merkezleme icin kullanilan son konum)

Saklanan veriler

Satin alma kayitlari, vergi ve muhasebe yukumlulukleri geregi yasal saklama suresi boyunca (Turkiye icin 10 yil) tutulur. Bu kayitlar kisisel profilinizle iliskilendirilmez; yalnizca islem numarasi ve tutar saklanir.

Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your Hooder account and all associated data.

How to request

Write to destek@realvirtuality.app from the e-mail or with the phone number linked to your account. Requests are processed within 30 days, usually within 72 hours.

What is deleted

• Account identifier, username, e-mail address and phone number
• Game progress: balance, owned properties, currency positions
• Firm and country memberships, contribution records
• Push notification tokens and device identifiers
• Location data (only the last position used to centre the map)

What is retained

Purchase records are kept for the statutory retention period (10 years in Turkey) to meet tax and accounting obligations. These records are not linked to your personal profile; only the transaction reference and amount are stored.
