Özet: Uygulamalarımızı ücretsiz kullanabilirsiniz. Hesap gerekmez, reklam yoktur, kişisel veri toplanmaz. Yalnızca yapay zekâ özellikleri, sunucu maliyeti nedeniyle isteğe bağlı satın alımla çalışır.

1. Kabul

Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen uygulamayı kullanmayın.

2. Lisans

Size, uygulamayı kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanmanız için devredilemez, münhasır olmayan bir lisans veriyoruz. Uygulamayı kopyalayamaz, tersine mühendislik yapamaz, satamaz veya dağıtamazsınız.

3. Satın Alımlar

Satın alımlar Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden yapılır; ödeme bilgilerinizi biz görmeyiz.
Tüketilebilir ürünler (yapay zekâ kredileri) kullanıldıkça tükenir ve iade edilemez; yeniden satın alınabilir.
Tek seferlik ürünler (Premium vb.) kalıcıdır ve “Satın Alımları Geri Yükle” ile yeni cihazınıza aktarılabilir.
Otomatik yenilenen abonelik yoktur; hiçbir ürün sizden tekrar eden ücret almaz.
İade talepleri Apple/Google politikalarına tabidir ve doğrudan onlara iletilir.

4. Yapay Zekâ İçeriği

Bazı özellikler yapay zekâ ile içerik üretir. Bu içerik bilgilendirme ve eğlence amaçlıdır; profesyonel tavsiye (tıbbi, hukuki, mali) yerine geçmez.

Mihrab (Namaz Vakti & Kıble): Dinî soru-cevap yalnızca doğrulanmış kaynaklara (Kur’an, sahih hadis, resmî din kurumları) dayanır ve her yanıtta kaynağı gösterilir. Kaynak bulunamayan sorulara cevap üretilmez. Bu içerik fetva değildir; bağlayıcı dinî hüküm için bir din görevlisine danışın.
Telve (Fal & Tarot): Yalnızca eğlence amaçlıdır; gerçek bir kehanet iddiası taşımaz.
Hülya (Rüya Tabirleri): Kültürel ve psikolojik yorum sunar; tıbbi/psikolojik teşhis değildir.
Beyit (Sözler & Şiir): Üretilen metinler özgündür; kullanımı size aittir.

5. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım

Uygulamayı yasa dışı amaçlarla, başkalarını taciz etmek için veya sistemlerimize zarar verecek şekilde kullanamazsınız. Yapay zekâ alanlarına hassas kişisel bilgi girmeyiniz.

6. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması

Uygulama “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Namaz vakitleri konumunuza göre hesaplanır; kesin vakitler için yerel dinî otoriteyi esas alınız.

8. Değişiklikler ve İletişim

Summary: Our apps are free to use. No account, no ads, no personal data collected. Only the AI features require an optional purchase, because they have a server cost.

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. License

We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reverse engineer, sell or distribute the app.

3. Purchases

Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play; we never see your payment details.
Consumable items (AI credits) are used up as you use them and are non-refundable; they can be purchased again.
One-time items (Premium, etc.) are permanent and can be moved to a new device with “Restore Purchases”.
There are no auto-renewing subscriptions; no product charges you on a recurring basis.
Refund requests are subject to Apple/Google policies and must be directed to them.

4. AI-Generated Content

Some features generate content with artificial intelligence. This content is for information and entertainment; it is not a substitute for professional (medical, legal, financial) advice.

Mihrab (Prayer Times & Qibla): Religious Q&A is based only on verified sources (Qur'an, authentic hadith, official religious authorities) and always shows its source. If no source is found, no answer is generated. This is not a fatwa; consult a qualified scholar for binding religious rulings.
Telve (Fortune & Tarot): For entertainment purposes only; it makes no claim of real divination.
Hülya (Dream Interpretation): Offers cultural and psychological interpretation; it is not a medical or psychological diagnosis.
Beyit (Quotes & Poems): Generated texts are original; their use is up to you.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the app for unlawful purposes, to harass others, or in a way that harms our systems. Please do not enter sensitive personal information into AI fields.

6. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app. Prayer times are calculated from your location; for exact times, rely on your local religious authority.
