1. License

You may use Hush on devices you own or control under a personal, non-transferable license. On Apple devices these terms apply together with Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA).

2. Acceptable use

Unlawful use, harassment, spam, malware, and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) are strictly forbidden. Accounts that break these rules may be closed.

3. Pricing

Hush is free. There are no in-app purchases and no subscriptions; every feature — chats, groups, calls and spaces — is free to use. If we ever offer a paid plan, this page will be updated and you will only be charged with your explicit consent through the store. There is no previously purchased subscription.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you send. Because messages are end-to-end encrypted, we cannot read them. We store them only in encrypted form so they can be delivered.

5. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Account termination and deletion

You can delete your account from inside the app. We may close an account that violates these terms or the law.

7. Disclaimer

Hush is provided “as is”. Hush is free of charge, so no fees have been paid to us; our liability is limited to the minimum the law allows.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current text is published on this page.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the courts of Istanbul.
