My ride wasn't detected automatically
Automatic detection needs two permissions: Location → Always and Motion & Fitness. Check that "Track my ride" is on in your Profile. If you force-quit the app from the app switcher, iOS stops background wake-ups — opening it once restores them.
The location arrow stays on
The arrow is on while a ride is being recorded and turns off roughly two minutes after you stop — that is normal. If it stays stuck after an app update, it is an iOS interface glitch: force restart your phone (Volume Up, Volume Down, then hold the Side button until the Apple logo appears).
My video never arrived
Videos are rendered on our servers and can take a few minutes under load. You get a notification when it is ready. If it takes longer than 30 minutes, email us with the date of the ride.
I was signed out when I signed in elsewhere
That is intentional security — your account stays signed in on one device at a time. The most recent sign-in wins; simply sign in again on the device you want to use.
My subscription doesn't show up
Tap Profile → Restore purchases, and make sure you are signed in with the same Apple or Google account you purchased with. If it persists, email us with the purchase date.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iPhone: Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions → Move Log. Android: Google Play → Subscriptions → Move Log. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Heart rate on Apple Watch
When you start a ride from the watch, your heart rate is recorded and added to your route video and activity summary. Health permissions can be reviewed in the Watch app → Privacy → Health.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Delete account. It is deleted immediately. If you no longer have the app, use the deletion page. Note that deleting your account does not cancel your subscription — cancel that in the store separately.
