Terms of Use — Move Log

01The service

Move Log records motorcycle, bicycle, walking and running trips via GPS and turns them into cinematic route videos. Provided by NickDegs (Alkım Barış Ünal), Türkiye. By using the app you agree to these terms.

02Your account

You sign in with Apple or Google to create an account.
Your account is bound to one device at a time. Signing in on a new device signs the previous one out — the most recent sign-in wins.
You are responsible for your account's security and for activity carried out with it.
You can delete your account instantly from inside the app at any time (Profile → Delete account).

03Subscriptions

Move Log is free to use. Premium and Ultra are optional subscriptions, offered monthly or yearly.

Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription renews for the same period and your store account is charged again.
Manage or cancel any time in App Store → Subscriptions or Google Play → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; no refund is given for a period already started.
The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before it ends, the paid subscription begins. Any unused part of a trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in the store separately.

One-time purchases

Daily 2× Boost, video packs and street credits are one-time purchases. They are consumed when used and do not renew. Purchase issues, refunds and billing are handled by Apple or Google under that store's terms.

04Your content

The routes you record, the photos you take and the videos produced belong to you. You grant us permission to process that content solely to provide the service — producing your video, storing it, and showing it to you and to people you share it with. We do not sell your content or use it in advertising.

05Acceptable use

Do not use another person's account, location or content without permission.
Do not reverse engineer the service, abuse it automatically, or circumvent security measures.
Do not share harassment, hate speech or unlawful content in radio, chat or club features.
Violations may lead to suspension or closure of your account.

06Riding safety

Do not operate your phone or watch while riding. Move Log records in the background — you do not need to look at the screen. Obeying traffic law and helmet or protective equipment requirements is your responsibility. The app is not a navigation or safety device.

07Accuracy and interruptions

GPS measurements of distance, speed and route depend on your device and signal conditions, carry a margin of error, and must not be used as an official or legal record. The service is provided as is; interruptions may occur through maintenance, updates or third-party infrastructure, and features may change or be removed over time.

08Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NickDegs is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, loss of profit, or accidents arising from use of the service. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

09Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

10Changes and governing law

If these terms change, the date above changes with it, and significant changes are announced inside the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
